Investment advisory and asset management services may be offered to certain client families of Gleneagles Capital Management (“GCM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gleneagles Group that provides non-investment consulting and management services to a limited number of high net worth families, as well to other family offices that have limited personnel. Such services are offered through Gleneagles Investment Advisors LLC (“GIA”). GIA is a Georgia limited liability company registered with the SEC as an investment adviser and is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gleneagles Group.
